By using Croniqs ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Use of Service

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Croniqs.
• You agree not to misuse the Service, attempt unauthorized access, or harm its operation.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

3. Subscriptions, Billing & Cancellation

• Free users may use all features included in the Free plan.
• Paid users gain access to additional Pro features.
• Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable.
• You may cancel at any time; access remains active until the period ends.
• Early adopter pricing applies only while the subscription remains active.

Refunds are not provided for unused subscription time unless required by law.

4. Data & Backups

You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. We strive for uptime and reliability but cannot guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted.

5. File Uploads

Uploaded files must not violate copyright laws or contain harmful content.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of data or profits.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms as needed. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the new terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden.
