Views: list, calendar, kanban & timeline
One task list, four ways to see it. Views never copy or move your tasks — they are the same tasks, arranged differently — so switch as often as you like.
List & Today — free
The list view groups tasks into Today, Next 7 days and Later or without deadline, with priority badges and due dates on every card. Filter by status, priority or time range, or search everything. The Today view is the same idea focused on one day — a calm morning starting point.
Calendar — Pro
Every dated task on a month grid. Click a day to see and add tasks for that date — best for spotting crowded weeks before they happen. Pro users can also overlay their Google Calendar events (read-only) to plan tasks around meetings.
Kanban — Pro
Three columns — To Do, Doing, Done — with drag-and-drop between them. Dragging a card updates the task’s status everywhere, including the list view. Best for work that moves through stages.
Timeline — Pro
A Gantt-style view of the weeks ahead, grouped by Area. Tasks with a start date and a deadline appear as bars; drag a bar to reschedule it, or drag its edges to change the start or end date. Tasks without dates are listed below the timeline so nothing hides. Best for planning projects and seeing how work overlaps.
Which views are in which plan?
List and Today are free forever. Calendar, kanban and timeline are part of Pro ($3.99/month — every new account gets 14 days of Pro to try them). See pricing for the full breakdown.
